For PG Residents:

• Optional vegetarian meal plan (Breakfast + Dinner)
• Simple, clean cooking with local flavours
• Weekly rotating menu
• Served fresh in the dining area

For Service Apartment Guests:

• Access to the open kitchen
• Microwave, fridge, and utensils available
• Optional add-on: order food from our kitchen (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Note: Outside food deliveries are welcome. You can also request pantry restocks for longer stays.

A good day begins with a strong start, and sometimes, ends best with a little movement. At Urban Nest, we’ve created simple, well-equipped spaces for residents who want to keep their routine going without needing a separate gym membership.

Facilities Include:

• Cardio equipment (treadmill, cycle)
• Dumbbells and resistance bands
• Yoga mats and open floor space
• Indoor games area (carrom, chess, table games)
• Access between 6 AM – 10 PM

Note: Whether it’s a morning stretch or an evening sweat, the space is yours to use whenever you need it.

We get it, laundry is the last thing on your mind when you're managing work, studies, or settling into a new place.

That’s why we’ve made laundry easy, affordable, and optional

Services Available:

• Self-use washing machine access on each floor (no extra charge)
• Professional laundry pickup (wash & fold) twice a week
• Ironing service (per item or package option)

Your time shouldn’t go into chasing a broom or scrubbing your bathroom. We provide regular cleaning services to keep your space fresh and functional, without intruding on your day.

What’s included:

• Room cleaning twice a week
• Bathroom deep cleaning once a week
• Dusting, mopping, and waste disposal
• Bed linen change (weekly)

Optional:

• On-demand cleaning requests via the front desk
• Cleaning schedule customisation for long-stay guests
