Urban Nest was built for people in transition, students leaving home, professionals starting over, and families making big moves. We understand how unsettling those early days in a new city can feel. So we created a space that feels less like a rental and more like a pause. A place where you can breathe, reset, and take the next step forward feeling supported, not just accommodated.

The founder of Urban Nest, Mr. BM Mohan Kumar, isn’t new to this world. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, he’s worked behind the scenes building spaces for others. But it was only after running a smaller PG, Roots Nest that he truly saw what young migrants, working professionals, and families were looking for. Urban Nest is the result of that learning. Thoughtfully built, locally rooted, and designed to feel human, not transactional.
